The K3Pro® BPS.XP Bone Profile Screws are used for the Stable Tissue Concept instead of the standard closure screw. They form the bone emergence profile as the elementary basis of perfect biology. Localization and exposure are particularly easy. Not only that - this bone profile also creates the prerequisites for minimally invasive further treatment after implant placement with gingiva shaping and emergence profile design, impression taking and insertion of the final abutment with up to 3 mm subcrestal implant placement thanks to shape-matching XP-Line components. The decisive criterion for selection is the actual insertion depth of the implant, which is either determined intraoperatively using a measuring instrument or is already determined in the case of digital full-guided implant placement. The use of the BPS. XP in combination with the sloping, fully surface-treated implant shoulder of K3Pro® has the further advantage of being able to implant and augment at the same time - for example in the membrane technique for buccal bone deficiency - and to create hard tissue not only around but also above the implant. The K3Pro® BPS.XP bone profile screws are available in 3 platform-specific heights. They are screwed in hand-tight with a maximum of 10 Ncm.
