Abutment Removal Tool ART_PRO2 for K3Pro® 2 mm Platform – for Broken Abutments
The ART_PRO2 abutment removal tool from K3Pro® was specifically developed to safely remove broken abutments from implants of the 2 mm platform. On this platform, the standard removal thread is located in the upper portion of the abutment due to the reduced geometry. In case of fracture, this thread often breaks off, so conventional removal tools cannot engage.
The tool is used in combination with the ART_PRO2.S to release the remaining abutment from the implant in a controlled and gentle manner. This protects the implant and surrounding tissue, even in cases where the standard removal thread is damaged.
