K3Pro Classic Healing Abutment

The healing abutments of the K3Pro Classic line were developed to shape the peri-implant soft tissue during the healing phase and to enable optimal emergence profile design. They served as a reliable temporary component for screw-retained and removable restorations on K3Pro implants.

The Classic healing abutments sit directly on the implant shoulder. To ensure correct seating, the surrounding tissue had to be carefully exposed beforehand. Their shape and stability facilitated the impression-taking and subsequent prosthetic treatment while simultaneously protecting bone and papillae.

Since the K3Pro Classic healing abutments are not compatible with the new XP implant series, they have been superseded by the further-developed TA.XP healing abutment series. The new series offers extended flexibility and is fully matched to digital and analog use with K3Pro XP.
