The KSA scan/bonding base is the first choice for fabricating an occlusally screw-retained crown using digital or manual milling procedures. It stands out for its compatibility with digital design software for modeling zirconia crowns and/or emergence profiles. Scanning can be performed intraorally or on a lab scanner. Scan caps are available either directly on the base (particularly low-profile, allowing scanning even with the bite closed) or as separate universal scan bodies. A POM waxing cap is available for the manual procedure. Also excellently suited for pressed ceramics. Anti-rotation feature via a notch. Available in 3 gingival heights and straight or in two angulations – ideal for use with monolithic zirconia crowns in the molar region. Conical implant-abutment connection
